everything is good but that skin shading is kinda odd...
I guess that contrast b/w colors make her look pale

The facepic is very nice for a start. The shading on her face is fine but you can still improve it. You detailed her hair very nicely being a starter. Hope for some more of them.

It's too good, joho. You just need to adjust his shoulders since his shoulders are thin and does not fit his face. You are detailing it very nicely, good to see. Keep it up

I'd rather recommend you to sketch about 100 different faces of people/anime characters to get the proportions right instead of spending so much time on coloring one bad-proportioned.
The colouring looks fine, imo, but you have to work over the shape of body.
