Hey guys tell me what you think of this track I created. I was going to use it to replace one of the stage modes in LF2 v2.0.
You are all free to use it as well if you want. There's no Creative Commons license to it. lol
Standoff mp3:

It's not wma so you'd have to convert it.

You must use wav for it (I think MP3 don't work, it isn't used).
Anyway, it's a great idea!

thx. As far as the music itself, what do you guys think? I made it a DAW called FL Studio 7 and ALOT of soundfonts.

Problem is that the intro is quite long compared to the other stage musics. If you listen to the regular bgm's, the main theme almost starts immediately.
Also.... something is missing to me.... in my opinion, the music doesn't really fit to an LF2-fight. It has something.... epic.... it might fit more to a story stage, where there are less fights but more happening. I'm really sorry that I have to say it that way, but I honestly don't think that it'll be a good stage music... it's just kinda too slow....

The first one (Standoff) is not suitable for LF2. LF2 is a fighting game, with quite some intensity. This music is too slow and it doesn't fit to LF2's theme as well. It sounded more like a music to celebrate a return of the heroes in a kingdom. It could work as the main menu music and for a story, but it isn't suitable in fighting situations.
The second one (Uprising) has a good starting tune (around 0.00-0.07) which could used to start battle themes, but after that the music still has the same pattern as the first one, though it feels more like walking along the red carpet in a kingdom. Again, its not intense enough for fighting. It's suitable for cinematics and main menu music though.

You could high up the beat a bit and change the instruments to less classic ones...
I did this to you for obvious reasons. You have just wasted a lot of time. Congratulations.
