in the original pic you can see his shoes because of the glance, but your sprite doesnt have it, at least not similar. use different color or make it bigger than his pants. besides his shoes are slightly red.
his left arm is longer than his right one. finally: dont draw noses, or dont use dark contrast for nose.

Before you post it, better look for flaws.
Draw noses but not that big.

Do not fallow same colors as picture show.

realy good, but i think he need more contrast since his hair and his skin looks the same.

I see some nice detailings on it. Put some more contrast on that cloak to make the shading visible. His hands are not visible or they are hidden under his cloak. Keep it up. I see many good improvements in it.
How do you improve so quickly? Any secret to share???

@drako: Hmm well i always have another sprite or an image as an reference. And the thing about the improving: Don't really now. It's weird but sometimes i'm better at something then the next day i'm worse. :S
