posts like: "cool, i like your sprite" are not helpful! therefore i wont give thanks.

Firstly i was give thanks for every post like this but after i stop doing that because i saw that is unnecessarily...
btw i sadi selfish because i couldnt found some other word...

I wasnt mean on you two guys and some other people...i mean on more experience member who have more post and stars...i never saw that example Yinjin(anynone) give thanks somebody like ossiee or just me or me or kashif or anybody new here...i think that they are bored...

correction 1: discussions are not closed, the problems get solved, which didn't occur yet.
correction 2: the discussion is still about the like-button, he is just whining about newcomers not getting enough attention or newcomers are not taken seriously. This is not a discussion.

@marko: focus on the original topic of your thread and also forget about this stupid idea that newcomers are not taken seriously or get ignored or whatever you think about newcomers getting treated badly. It's not entirely true, the "old" members just have seen a lot of "newcomers", so not every thing those newcomers do invokes a "wow-effect".

That is one of the ressons why i create this thread...LOL...we are not get srsly so thanking is not enough,maybe with liking will be diffirents...what i did wrong then.

@Exg9,this discusions is far of the closed...nobody wont comment your sprite not because your sprite is sh*t(they are not,they are great),the true ressons is you personality so, just be quiet...

@Marko: Get this: Thanks/likes are not given by the people taken seriously for fun, or just stupid comments. They are for smart, useful, or just otherwise +1worthy posts. If you're not smart, chances are you won't get thanked/liked by the smart people. Give me a post by you that should get thanked by the likes of old people (like YinYin you named), and I would point out why there isn't any thanks by them.

If such miracle as BP getting his a** up from his chair, and wasting his time creating "like"-button, It would basically serve as another thank-button (like been prolly said in this thread many times). It would even f*** up the lists under posts, as half of the people would still use thank-button, and the other half (which would be the newcomers) "like" it. There are also the old posts, where basically the smaller percent are really "thank you"s, and the other half are just "like"s. Who would sort that kind of thing up? NO ONE.
