actually, I got that one done a bit before he had his eye-avatar (probably just a matter of a couple hours) :P

Just took a pic of my eye (lol, I wanted to write "just took my eye", which sounds kinda.... yes....) and smashed it into my digital kitchen aka. Photoshop

i am gonna practise to get that good now
i was using the planet tutorial, and you have to download a small texture for the planet
but i cant add it to my texture menu
can somone shed some light on how i can use that texture?

Easy
# Open your texture in PS.
# Go to Edit > Define Pattern...
# Put a name into the little input field
# Boom, done
You can now select your pattern in every PS menu, and you don't even have to restart the program like some other things require. Have fun messing around

THE FOURTH PIC WOULD LOOK EVEN BETTER IF THE 3D CITY LOOKS LIKE IT'S DRAWN!! PHOTOSHOP PROVIDES A LOT OF FILTERS FOR THIS, SO WHY NOT USE ONE OF THOSE?!?!

Actually, I didn't want to give it such a "filtery" look, just because I really hate losing detail (which it would always do). I absolutely hate it. So yea, I can give it a go, but it "hurts"
