Bla bla's sprites

After a long rest i made a new sprite. Here it is:

It's Charlie from Street Fighter. He has a completely different shading than mine + MAny many muscles.

Face,legs look good/great but arms bothering me...THey are to thin...and his left arm is to long....
and there is need to be more shadow on uniform and hat.
all at all nice sprite...

No base, no reference only spriting from scratch. Potential for a full char?

no. you're spriting in 100% size, so you can and you should add a lot of details. sprite like this, you can make in 5min. arms should be kinda longer and eyes are too close.

I actually tried to make it as simple as i can cause it will be easier to make.
Thanks for the tips and here's a little improvement:

I still kept the pants dennis-shaded but to kill the simplicity i added a scarf, did something with the hair(it still looks the same) and added few little details on the arms. One eye is hidden behind the hair but i think the size of the arms is normal. Any more fixes needed?

tbh hair looks horrible, if u didnt yet, check out my hair tutorial for some tipps.
even if the pants should be like the one of dennis, they are still not shaded correctly, look at dennis again and compare.
also the skin colour seems to be one colour only, should have shading colour,too, tho.

to small feet/foot(is that same??)....look at mundvoll_'s... :P and is to small head...

Some fix for the feet(BTW foot is 1, feet is 2 ) :

I compared it to Bolin. The head looks normal to me. And does the hair need more fixing?
