nice, your making the char, i look forward to his release he looks very cool
when breathing the hand should go up and down not to sides..... i think.....

What about adding a Quiver on his back, so he can use it for his moves? Like throwing many arrows away?

He is using a flute not a bow, i think thats an amazing idea!

I don't think his arms should move while breathing. Shoulders should move but not the arms. I can also see some movements in the lower parts which does not happen when breathing.
