hmm i'm not sure if this is against rules, since revamping revamps was.

So the whole point to exclude revamped revamps was so they can not be repeated for the next turn. If no one else sprited it then it's okay (it's just so we can get a variety of entries). So if users already made Varus and someone decides to choose him as an entry the other user can't let them use it since it's already repeated in this thread.
