Character Ray special moves not working

Hi All,
I have installed character "Ray" and tested it. Its few special moves are not working. I don't know the names of the special moves but I am attaching few pics which is related to this moves.
Please, help where to edit the things.

My data.txt contains :

id: 276 type: 0 file: ray\ray.dat
id: 277 type: 3 file: ray\ray_ball.dat
id: 408 type: 1 file: ray\ray_metior.dat

I will update you guys with attachment because right now I am getting some issues while uploading files.
Error Message -
The file upload failed. Please choose a valid file and try again. Error details: There was a problem moving the uploaded file to its destination.

Atleast I can list out all the file names which I will be attaching.

4. ray_ww3.bmp

The reason for this is likely because LFE was hacked recently which required the admins to disable that feature.
I recommend that instead of attaching it to try and upload it to ImageShack instead (http://imageshack.us/), and then linking to them in the post.
Age ratings for movies and games (and similar) have never been a good idea.
One can learn a lot from reinventing wheels.
An unsound argument is not the same as an invalid one.
volatile in C++ does not mean thread-safe.
Do not make APIs unnecessarily asynchronous.
Make C++ operator > again

Can you maybe provide a link to download the character? The errors might be some id problems in "ray.dat"

I am pasting my edited Ray.dat file as some ID in my LF2 environment are not unique.
You can copy this code and paste it into new File and then work on it.

This problem is solved now.
Actually, there is an duplicate ID in data.txt due to which few special moves was not working.
