Also are we allowed to use a character multiple times during one round by using random (reset only once between fights) or do we have to reset it again to prevent that?

I cannot really wait that much longer because it'll make the whole tourney go slower. My compromise-solution is to wait till the upcoming Sunday at 11:59 PM PST or something like that. That'll give you a few additional hours while still being somewhere in the time-frame. If you haven't arranged a fight by then, random.org will decide upon your fate.

Latter. It is important to fight with different characters in each match
