LF2 sprites are a lot different from the mugen-ish sprites. They should look fatter as they are chibi. But he may look slightly fat compared to a normal LF2 character...

http://network.mugenguild.com/seanaltly/ - Go to character bios ;)
It's a project by Sean Altly named Shades of Manhattan. I have few of those characters on my MUGEN so i make them LF2. :D

This is an inspiration from:
-YinYin's Character Development guide, to be more specific i took one of those bases.
-Urban Rivals' clan Skeelz, I took their uniform
I hope it's good. ^^

you make it on every kind of outfit

why not to spend more time on details and less on rushing it?

i dont have to pm you anymore.. he explained everything (i also had some other things in mind)

some feedback

This dark line on his shirt have job to split chest muscles and abdominals parts(well, chest muscles and abdominals through shirt makes shading like this).. atm in your sprite line has to low position, that makes chest muscles huge and abdominals too small.

Agree with Exg9 you should learn making small details like wrinkles on his shirt, strands of the hair etc.(using 1 px brush, make smtgh like exg9's example)

oooo! this guy is interesting, looks fun....
btw, i think this guy [Image: byrnefixed.png]
is missing some details like: muscles, hair shading(i know there is, but its not so detailed)
chest shading could be better(just like exg9 explained)
and he is a little fat, not like in the normal sprite...
except for that, you did a great job, and pants shading is just too awesome... continue the great work!

I know that you challenged me to do it because i should learn the placement of the muscles. I tried my best and focused on them the most. He has a lot of detailes which i tried to put in the sprite. Still many things may be wrong(including the shoes but don't mind those :P).

EDIT: V Oh? And how do you manage to post so fast? :P

edit:
"why not to spend more time on details and less on rushing it?"
