Maybe he is wearing traditional suit. hmm but by looking in upper part he doesnt seem to do so, so there are 2 cases, he is drunk or he is just gay.
Nice one man, but what's up with his skirt's pattern? it is just straight, not fitting skirt's shapes

If you're talking about the flow and the natural direction the pattern should go in respect with the countour lines, in manga, that is often the case. They usually just leave it straight as a texture pattern, like scruff or nice shades look somewhat flat but it's to emphasize just the pattern and would take too long to just do every line. Think of it as a formula or a traditional style of doing things. btw nice one betit

this day but a year ago , i had my first full-colored dgital art
