To be honest before you even mentioned that it's copy pasted from other faces, I couldn't tell. And I couldn't agree more with Bamboori, copy paste is awesome when it's done properly. You probably heard the recent Lithuanian rhyme "Tie kas copy paste irgi biškį mastė." ;D

If someone still have something against my method, let me explan myslef:
1. I'm not skiled enough to make full facepic from scratch.
2. There is no better way to make more lf-styled picture.

the Hari face pic I liked the most.. so I decided to put it in the new version
To just let you remember, the char doesn't finished yet.
In the new version I'll try to make the lightning effect better.
Recently I am a little busy..so it will take for me more time..

Great work, really. "Not a simple char"? You mean that he's a boss character, right? Since he's definitely OP.
Hair kinda remind me metal. If you really want to improve them all now, make them thicker but more spiky at the ends.
Aaaand there we go:
- Improve walking animation. His torso should go 1 px up, in the frame where his legs are "connected". Add at least little movement to his arms. If you look closely even Bat's arms moving a bit.
- His forehead can't stick out so much in running animation. Move hair more forward.
- Maybe give him a new action for dash attack.
- In D>J and D>A legs should rotate also. (D>A looks cool, if you add legs movement, it'll be perfect)
- Maybe more movement of whole body in D^A? Again legs.
- Overall, you could extend animation of thunders.
- Thunder from D^J should throw throw opponent up.

You should give that move more effect when lightning strike the ground. The magic circle mark should be bigger, since then AoE of that move is not small.
his hair It looks... funny xD, remind me of Sonic the Hedgehog (just my oppinion) When i think about a lightning user, i always think about spiky hair or a hair style resembles a lightning bolt (usually z-shape).
And i see some unused sprite in the file like red lightning and br_weapon. Can you share what moves are you planning to make?

Oh about the br_weapon..You will see that happen when you click J while you grabbing a heavy weapon

I guess so.
However they still looks like tentacles, maybe try to make less visible shading? Uhm, maybe it's kinda too much invisible ^^' But "something" like this.
Also consider YinYin' suggestion with back to original, full blue hair. How about make them darker, similar to cape color?
