The tournament happens once a year, but there'll be three rounds this time around.
In the second round 6 people remain.
In the third round - 3 people.

The voting begins and lasts for a week.
The voters, each, get to cast 5 points, 3 points and 1 point for three chosen participants accordingly.
The participants can vote, too, just not for themselves, obviously.
6 participants, who collected enough points, shall progress to the 2nd round.
If the participants collect equal points, the ones, who collected the equal points first and faster, progress further.
