It's a virus, only you can open the homepage site with antivirus,you have antiviruses?

A little info which might be of your interest: I stuffed a couple leaks and reverted htaccess (the file that actually told the server to redirect you to that I-don't-even-know-a-suitable-adjective-to-describe-that site) to its previous state (with an additional check for any suspicious lines).

This means that you can now visit http://lf-empire.de with pretty much any browser/device again

On a further note, it is possible that LFE will experience some downtimes or throw error messages at you fairly soon. This is due to measurements taken to strengthen its security. Feel free to report any bugs, though.
