I haven't done a single sprite in so long but here it goes:

I did change the hair colour, yes...
And now it's time to disappear again...

This is an inspiration from:
-YinYin's Character Development guide, to be more specific i took one of those bases.
-Urban Rivals' clan Skeelz, I took their uniform

really like your sprite nice use of colors but i think that left hand is thin as compare to legs
