@STM: While you do have a proficiency in herbalism, barging a price is different. Real life example, you may know this is a very a cheap car, but you can't simply say to the car salesman that the car is cheap and you want a cheaper price, he will ignore you and convince that it is worth more even though you know that it is not worth more. I'm going to do a charisma roll, with no adjustments since there is no proficiency in haggling. Yeah as I was writing I remembered about watching some RolePlaying and they allowed if you have proficiency. So a disc out of 2 silver to all the prices. 1d20 = 6 - 2 = 4, success. The home brew thing is actually a sleeping poison, and very potent. You take a whiff of it and almost knocked you out.
@Luti: Jeremy picks the gold and feels modernly heavy, and inside you see it filled with hundreds of silver coins. From the guard you can loot leather armor and one-handed sword, as well as 3 silver coins.

Okay, I went through the backlog, this is a summary:
We all started with 5 gold. 1 gold = 10 silver = 100 copper.

We all paid 1 silver for our horses at the Wysoki inn. (4 gold 9 silver)
Henry pays 1 silver to drink a mug of milk. (4 gold 8 silver)
Amadis & Fiz pay 2 silver each to get a room (4 gold 7 silver)

Jeremy & John get 15 XP each from killing 2 patrons in the bar.
Jeremy & John find a total of 1 silver 5 copper from the fight.
John obtains a short sword from the fight.

Amadis, Henry & Fiz gain 527 XP from defending the duke from assassins.
Fiz starts with 15 darts. Used 2 during the fight. (13 darts remaining).
Henry buys a small shield for 3 gold. (1 gold 8 silver)
Fiz wants to buy darts. 5 silver a dart, but I don't know how many he bought.

Jeremy pays a total of 3 silver to buy the bard 3 ales.
Lysa the priestess is following Jeremy & John.
Jeremy & John get 700 XP each for fat lord quest & killing the guards.
Jeremy & John find "hundreds of silver coins" from the bag of gold.
Jeremy & John can loot 3 silver, leather armor and one-handed sword.

Henry buys 2 vials of Potent Sleeping Poison at a discount of 8 silver(total 1 gold 6 silver) each as he was successfully able to identify the poison. (2 silver)
Fiz buys 1 vial of Paralysing Poison & 2 vials of Venomous Poison at a total discounted price of 2 gold 4 silver. Assuming Fiz didn't buy any darts, he will have (2 gold 3 silver).

Note that each vial of poison has 2 melee uses and 3 missile uses.


In summary,
Henry has 527 XP, 2 silver.
He carries a Club, Dagger, Small Shield, 2 vials of Potent Sleeping poison.
Amadis has 527 XP, 4 gold 7 silver.
He carries a Battle Axe.
Fiz has 527 XP, 2 gold 3 silver (assuming he didn't buy any darts).
He carries 13 darts(assuming no buy), 1 vial of Paralytic poison, 2 vials of Venomous poison.

Jeremy has 715 XP, 4 gold 6 silver.
He carries a Battle Axe. Not sure if he has anything else.
John has 715 XP, 4 gold 9 silver 5 gold 5 copper.
He carries 2 Daggers, I think he has a Short Bow(how many arrows?). Looted a short sword.
Jeremy & John have a total loot of 4 silver 5 copper 3 silver + "hundreds of silver coins" from the fat lord's bag of gold. They can also loot a leather armor and a one-handed sword. They have a priestess Lysa following them, the bard's hat and they let go of the bard who has potentially a lot of contacts.

Main Plot:
We are the Heldanians sent by Phil the Cat to protect Duke Larezo DeFusco, who is residing in the Capital. We're hired by the Duke's wife to protect him. Initially he refused, but after assassins attacked and killed his guards, he accepted our help. We need to be back by sundown to protect him, and the Duke intends to leave town in a week.

give Jeremy the one-handed sword and armor, I remember thieves get penalties at various things for wearing armor.
John already has daggers and a short sword, so give Jeremy an extra weapon just in case.
