i see john, louis, firzen(?) and davis(?) in there...
really like the idea of this monster...reminds me of the Legion monsters from good old Castlevania games.
it looks like its managed to get out of the binding chains from BPs version and sucking in everyone in its path.
though i dont like how his head looks.

I believe that it should have more whit-ish skin and also contrast on this boy pants is too low compared to other parts of his.
Nice outcome after all.
Also, his face looks kind a creepy :D
