Well, you can always think of some new moves for original characters that would fit them.. if everyone likes the ideas, you can make data for these characters (doesn't require much spriting most of the time)

Guys, what do you think about this.
Every 2 weeks (this can be arranged)
we must post our progress at this subforum at our chars, bgs and etc topics, to show that we are atleast trying to do something. I know, studies are in the way but we need some kind of push I see progress but we need to stick on some schedule

hm I see we used sth like this in a procject for university, setting goals is important and so is showing progress.

I'm not sure if we need this tho. Speaking for myself I always set me personal goals anyway.
For example I wanna be done with the D>J combo possibilities for Nino till friday so Memento can start DCing it^^

I do a video, record a video of doing sprites and then we can show the progress to the people
Just to make something new instead of showing just sprites
