What a slow day today.
Kickstarter is basically asking people to invest funds which you'd then use to make an awesome project. If you reach a certain amount of funds, you'd also be obliged to make additional stuff as thanks to the people who backed your project.

Yeah won't be surprised to find out it'd be merely a compilation of other people's works.
On an unrelated note, I just finished 3/4 of the female template base I'd be using for Jan and potential future female characters.

Have you tried making the legs thinner by one pixel?
I wouldn't have immediately recognized her as female, just by looking at the shape.
Might be because of the colors though.

Mostly the colours and because its hard to get a convincing shape - I have a rule where the smallest unit is a 2x2 box rather than a single pixel. I did shrink the arms, legs and ab area, as you can see here:

v @Lauli You're right, she does look better with smaller feet and more shadow emphasizing her chest. I was worried about overly reducing her feet size.

Oh wow, yea with the colors applied it definitely looks better!
Hmm, maybe a stronger shadow on her chest area? Also her feet seem somewhat big.
