I'd like to mention the names that were suggested in the the poll I put up:

Han Leng, Flurr, Pryce, Glalin, Aysan, Pagos, Cold, Chill, Calmer, Gyzzar, Blizz

I really like Ibûn as well. Of all the names suggested, it is my favorite (and Arcane's favorite)

If you guys are okay with the name also, I think we should just call him Ibûn so were done with it.

Agrees on Ibun, idea for title- The Cold of Justice.
I like to give chars a name and title, like in league of legends.
So for the wizard, something like this:
Ibun, The Cold Of Justice.

@mono it's true that some chars like bandit, hunter don't have names, but our wizard is a boss he should have some personality.

From the beginning when I suggested him to be in this game, at first I wanned him to be final boss, the bad guy, then I was thinking of the name but since he ended up like neutral character who stands for the good in stage 2 ( if iam not mistaken) which role was to be guardian, then he just need to be called by a title. Guardian of Ice, Wizard of Ice mountain and stuff. I think it's realy weird for respectful old wizard to be called by his title by some stranger than be called by a name.

I think we should just give him a name and refer to him by his title in the story mode eventually, except in conversations when the player has already found out about his name, of course.

So, is Ibûn okay with you also, Mono?

I still prefer Wizard over than any other name, but, oh well, making problematic situation out of the blue would be nonsense.

After studying the way how Marti Wong named lf2 chars i realized that first thing he looked for is if char has any specific caracteristic to name him that way. Examples: Bat, Freeze, Firen (maybe Woody and Deep). Also notice that they are not main heroes. i believe Wizard is in this category.
Second if char is "regular" hero without anything to name him after, he went for normal, worldwide names, such as John, Davis, Dennis, Rudolf, Henry, Louis... Third, if char is none of mentioned, minion, he went simple to name them after their proffesion (?). Bandit, Hunter, Knight...

Having that said i don't think he should be named Ibun because that's just not lf-ish, none of mentioned.
We would have John, Dennis, Davis, Ibun (?).. doesn't fit. So i suggest if we dont find anything better than Wizard that describes his main caracterstic (cold, ice, wizard, old) we simple keep him as Wizard. We can substantiate it with background story like noone knows whats his name so they named him simply Wizard.

I would like to add that Marti Wong avoided "2 words names" so we should as well.

Then how about the suggestion "Pryce" that was made?

"Ice" is in the pronounciation and its a normal name. I still prefer it over calling him just 'wizard'. He's a boss character, naming him after what he is would make him appear like a minion (bandit, hunter, wizard)
