Part with wrinkles (eyelashes) next to right eye is too big compared to source. It makes right eye look unusually narrow for humans therefore looks kinda weird.

Do you pick those colors from a refferance or just induct them by an eye from palette?

@Gad : since this js B&W I used my own pallette. But I personally think one should guess the color pallette rather than picking from the image.
