Issues:

* Wrong folders - should be sprite/sys, not "Sprites/sys" (you added an extra 's' at the end)
* max_f.png, which cannot be used by LF2. Please convert to max_f.bmp for LF2 to use.
* max_f - the mask is on the wrong side of the face compared to the in-game sprite.
* max_2.bmp - You accidentally moved the whole sprite sheet to the right by 1 pixel. As a result, the sprites aren't properly aligned.
* Standing sprites - Max is completely stiff; he doesn't breathe?
* Walking sprites - head bobs forward and back which doesn't match the stiff Bat's style of walking.
* Punch - The jab he does with the right hand (unmasked side) has 3 frames, but the last sprite of the frame is the same as 2nd frame except with a slight shift in horizontal position.
* Arms are too big in certain frames, notably running and defend frames.
* Missing super punch, run attack, and 2nd portion of jump attack. I know its incomplete, just saying its not there. Character is based on Woody's data, currently only has one special move D>A which fires a white magic fireball (doesn't burn).
* You didn't add _mirror sprites. But just a suggestion: when you make Max's sprites, don't add the Julian mask yet. Mirror the sprite, and then add the mask. This way even if you face left instead of right, the mask is on the correct side of the face. See the Firzen example I made below:
You should come up with a theme for the character, like what kind of character he is and therefore what kind of moves he has. For example, Firen's theme is fire, Dennis' theme is kicking - so almost all their moves revolve around setting people on fire / hitting people with their legs. Try to come up with combos.
