The goal of this contest was to create several sprites, each with their own theme. This thread is dedicated to the

3^rd theme: Character from a video-game or an anime of your choice

Subsequenty, the scoreboard will be determined as follows:

• The winner of this poll receives 11 points, the second receives 10, the third gets 9, and so on.
  
• If two places tie, they will receive equal points. For example: there are two winners --> both will receive 11 points, the next lower in votes will be treated as third and hence receives 9 points.
  
• I am keeping track of who gets how many points. In the end, I will sum those up, announce the scoreboard, and, of course, the winners.

Okay, so, even though I made myself a table to not miss any entry, one submission managed to slip through. Sorry about that!

2 Saitamas! And I was really close to doing one myself.

- "I am the prince of the two and a half saiyan" Vegeta. A simple edit of Deep. Don't know if it's the character which was made into sprite or the shading with low contrast.

- Sorry but looks nothing like the game character.

-All the hype for saitama. Don't know much about him but the eyes in the sprite could be at somewhere middle. Nice pose.

- A big serious man here. He looks serious but in the sprite, I say he has too much hair compared to reference (nitpicker). Simple and the creator of sprite did not over did with the details.

- The man who beat ogre. Hmn. Good sprite, cannot say anything.


- This guy again. Animation is well handled.


- Kanna. Sprite looks so small. I wonder, why it's so small, it's hard to see some details.

- Jojo. Hair shading bugs me most. It looks flat but that pose thou.

- His eyes, why so black?, well I know who made it and I congratulate you on such good sprite. Also, his hat could be more like in the reference unless it's different one.

A copy and paste as Sänger mentioned, but that's perfectly fine as it's allowed. The sprite itself though isn't very similar to Vegeta. The eyeballs are too big, and the face itself is small. The forehead "v" wasn't well drawn as in the reference. His feet are too straight (parallel to eachother), and the yellow part of the shoe looks like a yellow unshaded circle in your sprite.
I am not voting for this. Better luck next time XD.

A very nice attempt spriting the poker! His nose look almost like a prism. Nice shine on the head XD His feet seem to have an extra joint in the middle, and he's a bit fat. Good job with all the details, and it's great to see one with normal proportions.
Very well depicts the reference, and I am voting for this!

Missing a neck, but that's how the LF2 style goes, so I'm letting this go. A very good sprite with the right amount of detail considering the size. Well depicts the reference and definitely getting my vote.

A good sprite, but misses on lots of details. Why black shoes, and where is the belt? The last thing I expected the gloves in the sprite to be is leather gloves. They don't really look like ones. Unlike the one in the reference, his hair is blue and is facing a different direction (more up than back) compared to the reference.
I am not voting for this one, even though the sprite itself is fine.

As much as I liked the cape animation in this one, I still preferred the one above for many reasons. I am not fond of the red monotone color style. His right arms is too long (looks as if it may reach his feet if he extends it). The lower part of the face is pushed to the inside.
I am voting for this. The reference image used was in a red lighted room to excuse for the monotone. The long arm, well, a clear flaw, but the other details were fairly covered.

The face, and the whole sprite in general, is very small. You were allowed to have your sprite as big as 100x100. I really initially though that she has a white hood-like cloth covering her head, but the reference made it clear it was hair (plus a flower, which upon further inspection turned out to be what I thought was a region where the cloth folds).
Not voting for this one.

The gloves, if they're there, are almost skin-colored and so blend with the skin, but I will assume that's a different outfit since the clothes are obviously different. The hair, in both its shape and color, are different from the reference. But the hair color in the reference seem to have a blue tint of some sort, so I will assume it has to do with lighting. The region where the left arm, the body and the chin seems smudged at the first glance, but it isn't. You did good with that pose.

lol the eyes made Law look cute. If it wasn't for the big eye balls, I would've voted for this knowing I am fully satisfied.
But yes, this is getting my vote.

Thats not really a Copy and Paste, xD, My other one was and Thanks, I was going to replace Vegeta with Bojack but I couldn't finish it in time, specially since I forgot about the contest for quite a few days.

Ah, I am very sorry then. I should've made my own judgement. I didn't vote based on that fact though, so its still fair.
So you and I are still fighting for the 8th place (even though it seems like we're both going to be that XD)
