Bamboori: I vote for the snorbet kingdom.
snorsorbet: Yeah, I'd love to check up on them as well. Steiner: I'll concur. I'm not itching to go back to a devastated homeland anyway. Simon: Whatever, I just want to ninja some people. SirFrog: Just some food for thought, Steiner, the Platiniac Army invaded a longer time ago. It might very well be that some tribe members you don't know of survived in secret, or that people from the kingdom migrated over there. Steiner: Still. Painful memories may emerge. I hope you understand. Another day, perhaps. Blue Phoenix: Well, I suppose the snorbet kingdom it is, then! Drahcir: It would be nice if we could upgrade our equipment somewhere along the way, I have a feeling we should prepare ourselves. SirFrog: We'll definitely have a look out for such opportunities, but what we're truly lacking is the gold to buy quality equipment. Simon: snorsorbet, do you perhaps still know the path from here to your kingdom? snorsorbet: If I knew where exactly we're at... I know where the passage is and how to reveal it, but first we need to get there. A manic burst of laughter can be heard from aloof. Ian: Ah HA! Et voilá! Some rustling of jimmies paper can be heard, and Ian returns to the table with a large scroll in his hand. Ian: I present to you... a map of LFE Kingdom. He places the scroll on the table and slowly begins to unroll it. ![]() Bamboori: Wow... SirFrog: So this is the kingdom we live in. Neat. Blue Phoenix: So where are we at? I'm completely unoriented. Bamboori: Yeah, what is this?! Nothing's been named or marked on this map at all! Ian: This map is quite old already and was privately crafted by a cartographer, one of my ancestors. His name was BlPh. Blue Phoenix: What a weird name. Ian: He and a few friends traversed the whole kingdom and drew this map. Therefore, don't take all the relative distances as they are displayed, this map might very well be out of proportions at some places. Bamboori: Doesn't explain why he hasn't included the names of the villages. Ian: *shrugs* Can't help it. But let's get to the point, shall we? I can mark the locations that we know of on this map. Here, for instance, are the Cold Caverns. This is our current location. SirFrog: Alright. And if we backtrack our steps from here... then we passed by here, and there... then that must be... The group traces back their route from the whole journey. Drahcir: Great. It's already looking a little better. Ian: We will need to fill out the map as we travel. Blue Phoenix: We can do that. For now, let's check out where we're headed next. snorsorbet? snorsorbet: Alright. The snorbet kingdom obviously lies within that circular mountain range. The only passage inside lies at the south end of the mountains, ergo the desert. I do need to emphasize though how the mountain range and desert are drawn way out of proportion, if I compare them to the path we've traveled so far. The snorbet kingdom is way larger than depicted here, and I believe so is the desert... Ian: Well, this is the best we have, so we better decide on how exactly we will get to that passage. snorsorbet: We should also definitely bring a large supply of water. The desert is unforgiving. |--4---3---2---1--| |--1---2---3---4--| a Ian Nav Blu Dra : : --- --- --- --- a b Bam Sir Sim sno : : --- --- --- --- b c --- --- Phi Ste : : --- --- --- --- c |-----------------| |-----------------| Stats (Click to View) Book of Knowledge World Map (Hints of Interest: - Stat points left: Phil Skill points left: Phil, Simon, Steiner) It's dark. let's go south then, through laneesh and stop at that village to refill ourselves

I'll just agree to above poster, then.
Also, nice map. Also also, is that Cherenkov radiation over that forest in the south? Because then I'd suggest we steer clear.

Master Jaden runs Laneesh and our party left on very bad terms; we freed Drahcir from slavery(Jaden doesn't agree to free him) & killed his guards. You might say we could find this Jasper who apparently lives in the slums of Laneesh and retrieve Jaden's family heirloom(golden statue of a Platiniac Knight) in exchange for information on Marcus Hawk and possibly be pardoned. However, given his authority over Laneesh, I find it suspicious given that Jaden knows exactly who and where to find the heirloom, yet he won't send his own guards or go by himself. In any case, Jaden would likely be on the lookout for us AND would double-cross us. Since there are no roads other than the one leading to Laneesh, I instead suggest we go through the greenery, straight to the village just southeast of the Cold Caverns. ![]() ~Spy_The_Man1993~ Steiner v3.00 (outdated), Challenge Stage v1.51 Luigi's Easier Data-Editor, A-Man's Sprite Mirrorer Working on the LF2 Rebalance mod. Blue Phoenix: Alright then, we will take the following path...
Blue Phoenix points at the Cold Caverns, then moves his finger southeast to the next village. Blue Phoenix: This way we will avoid Laneesh, but still get a chance to restock on supplies before we head into the desert. SirFrog: It's settled, then. What are we waiting for? Bamboori: For you to stop asking that question! Let's goooooo!!! After a final all around check, the group is ready to leave. They enter the corridor to the sleeping rooms and walk it down until the end. Behind that door a stairway resides. Simon: The stairway to heaven. There a quite a few steps until the group reaches the outside world: An unremarkable small opening that is well hidden behind a thick array of bushes. Ian: When people see the large 'main entrance', they usually never bother to check for a secret entrance nearby. Nave: Very sly... They don't walk for long until they reach said main entrance. SirFrog: So we're back here now. Which means, our destination should lie in approximately... that direction. SirFrog points in the opposite direction of the entrance to the Cold Caverns. Ian: That's more or less it. And the group heads into the grassy fields, still tinted in a faint orange by the primal sunrays of the day. The grass feels unusually moist, there might have been some rain during the night as well. A mountain ridge is visible at the horizon, most likely the one that encloses the snorbet Kingdom. Phil is taking a nap on snorsorbet's shoulder while Simon and Bamboori scout ahead now and then to confirm the safety of their next steps. After a while, Bamboori is spotted hobbling around, holding his bare left foot with his hands. Bamboori: Ouch. Drahcir: What's the matter? Bamboori: Stepped into something sharp. Maybe a sharp rock. Wasn't the best of moves... [Bamboori -2 HP] Simon: You know, you should maybe really get some shoes real soon, else this could hurt on many other levels. We're gonna be walkin' a lot. After a few more minutes (the group has been on the move for about half an hour so far) Simon comes back to alert the group. Simon: I spotted a group of people in the distance; not very far from here. They seem to have camped there overnight, but some of them are already awake. They are approximately six people outside, there could be more in their tents. Bamboori: We couldn't really recognize what kind of people they are though. We would need to get closer to judge, but then they might see us as well. |--4---3---2---1--| |--1---2---3---4--| a Ian Nav Blu Dra : : --- --- --- --- a b Bam Sir Sim sno : : --- --- --- --- b c --- --- Phi Ste : : --- --- --- --- c |-----------------| |-----------------| Stats (Click to View) Book of Knowledge World Map (Hints of Interest: - Stat points left: Phil Skill points left: Phil, Simon, Steiner) It's dawn.
