I love the concept but I think you need to let loose when it comes to this gesture drawing. The main character looks too stiff and will reflect in your progress. Look for example the bend in the hips in comparison to the reference. Yours lack some dynamics, but the concept is really nice.the trick might be is to concentrate on the rhythm rather than forms..

The style reminds me of the Armed With Wings series, specifically the character Vandheer Lorde.

Don't know, kind a reminds me now of Kratos and sparta warriors.

Lion hairstyle kind a tries to say that he is boss but now also says that he is a a**hole while Julian actualy ain't like that.

that's actually the direction i want this design to go for.
dunno how Julian really is, but if ill ever finish this piece im gonna implement some blood and madness over his body.

Here is my latest sketchbook, I went through few already and improved a bit! Still suck at drawing completely from imagination so i draw either from photos from internet, my own, or real life.
I also try to draw with left hand, so much fun.

Maaan Hari, you are great. Definitely a great progress. These are very well made.
Theres one thing that I need to complain about tho. Your lines are very cracky and unclear. You definitely need to train doing straight lines. I know this might be hard, but that just takes a little of practice. The method i was taught is to take a large piece of paper, draw two dots on the ends and join them together with one clear line. It firstly dont go well, but after some time your strokes will be much more confident and clear. Cheers.
