A=Attack
J=Jump
D=Defence
D+move+A(+A…) = Speed Shooting
D+up+A = Super Punch
D+Down+A =(Defend to stop)special lurch
D+move+J(you can with you running to) = Run and capture. When you not capture you continues to run
D+up+J = stick ball
in capture- throwing the enemy into the sky and shoot him
D+Down+J = Back evasion creating stuntman and the stuntman give a forward punch and disappeared

Nice copy/paste design I think the character has some potential to be good. I think a few things need to be fixed though:
- dirty pixels
- centery/centerx, movement is especially visible in the standing frame
- hurt sprites
- don't use the same sprites for different moves (I'd have to look back to be sure, but I think you used the normal punch for punching, the ball move and also for the run attack)
- eventually, make the ball moves' sprites better. But that's a thing for later I think
- wpoints
- I think the caught opponent in the 'catching in air'-move won't drop to the floor unless you hit him, right? I'd change that, personally.

So you can either continue on this character or start with a new one and take these advices with you for a future character Either way, I hope this helps.
