Ah, if we're gonna vote, we might as well mention why.
I like Davis because he's simple yet powerful, even if he can be quite difficult to truly master or use in stage mode. I mean, you can't really go wrong with his bread & butter combos like punch DvA JA. Compared to Dennis, his D>A is also a lot more flexible and has a powerful 1-shot attack in DP as opposed to relying on multiple low-fall kicks, while compared to Deep, he is nicer to use for his mobility and more consistent combos compared to trying to combo with Deep's DvA or D>J for instance.

Nothing is as satisfying as landing a dragon punch (D^A) with Davis while surrounded by many enemies. I also like his moves - all of them. Moves like D^J in my opinion are more interesting, because they feel more technical. By itself, it's not easy to imagine what you can do with it. But once you do, it ends up being major part of many combos you can do with Davis.
So you have D^A, a powerful move that can be used anytime with a high priority (less start up time).
D^J: a weird move by itself, but integrates very well into Davis's combos.
DvA: middle priority, middle damage, great combo starter.
"Very simple", I quote STM. But very fun to play with.

Even i myself like Davis...
He has the perfect balance of speed and the set of moves make him strong for both one on one's and also is great in battle mode
