sorry for the question but there is a way to make the kicks be normal(i meen hit like dennis kicks)

cuz when i try to kick it hits like fist

(The grid is meant to represent pixels...)

Now, X is an axis in a coordinate system that goes horisontal.
The Y axis is an axis that goes vertical.

As you can see, you can tell the position of a dot or another object in the grid by telling what value it has on the Y axis and what value it has on the X axis.
For example, the green dot is in the position x=2 and y=3. That is a way to tell the green spots position.

If you add 2 more values, you can also tell an area. Lets call the width of the rectangle w and the height of the rectangle h.
For example, the rectangle has the values x=4, y=2, w=1 and h=2.

In an ITR, BDY etc the x, y, w and h system is a way to tell the area of effect.
If something is unclear, check this out first.
