Slight problems:
a) Tiled backgrounds look extremely retarded, there's no really big pics of mainchars in lf2, and I don't think anyone's willing to draw one.
b) Where are you going to put the backgrounds?
i) Forums:
-Right behind the post text? I don't think so--there'll be letters we can't see.
-Where the darkish blue is, like, with the "new reply" button? Nope, there's text there too.
-Where the really dark blue is? You try seeing it there.
ii) Mainsite:
-Behind the text? Yeah, right. (NO)
-In the colour area where the "Little Fighter EMPIRE - v9.0" text is? Nope, text there too.
-Around the menus to the left or top? Nah...i'm trying to imagine it that way...doesn't look right.

do you think why can you reead the text at the mainsite? it's because the colour differential right? and i what i want too tell u is add pictures right?
EXAMPLE:
davis main colour is blue then if u add davis at the mainsite u still can read it!! it's like camouflage

Edit: Stupid suggestion: Well I hope you have seen the skin of LF 2.0, the bg's really soft and not distracting....maybe you could use that one?

Exactly how sadbhav said it. Oh and we shouldn't say stupid idea it hurts other peoples feelings. Some of us expiernced members should not show how great we are to the newcomers but we should welcome them with open arms.

"Right now", we have no bg-images, and, according to the poll results people aren't really appreciating the idea. According to the majority, the next version won't have these pics either. Simply no room left.
