only the hairs are done for now

You should change most of his clothes and maybe his sword if you want him to be a real NEW deep.
The hairs could be done in 10 seconds. So far it is nothing special, you should really work much more on him.

So... what do you still plan to change on him? The hair looks alright.

You might want to spend some more time on the hair adding some highlights. I mean, REAL highlights. Not only a little color difference but shinier. And, well yea, you should AT LEAST change the color of his clothes, I'd prefer a new outfit, tho. Sword? Optional change.

What program do you use? Maybe Photofiltre? I could show you some little tool that help you alot with shading.

I think it's nice. Don't change anything else but the hair.
If you release it as a skin and I'd still play LF2, I'd use it.

you could try to make a new sword. Check if you can find anything useful in the weapon-section of lfe, or try to make a sword from scratch.
