Now Here comes... the ULTRA MEGA SUPER ULTRA UBER ALMOST EVERYTHING PERFECT VERSION WITH 3 CHARS!!!1 AND LAULI'S BG IS FIXED!!! Also the shadows are at the right position! And the AI will OWN you!

known bugs:
- if rudolf picks up a weapon and goes on the upper stage he can throw it "trough" the floors - fixed already but not upped
- if you have transformed into someone, make clones and then let 'em transform they'll change their level into yours - unfixable
- weapons on the upper level aren't pick-up able - fixed already but not upped
- baseball transform into a baseball bat after going upstairs - fixed already but not upped
- broken weapons are still shown at the wrong level... - not fixed yet

I can't be bothered to download the whole thing right now.

But, if you are on lower level, and you play against at least 3 more independent Computers, do they all come down to the lower level? Or let's say only one comes down to fight you, the other two fight on the upper level?

that's random, sometimes only 1 com comes down... if 2 are coming down then the third is alone on the upper level and comes down aswell... so 1 or all^^ or none of them... sometimes they'll just fight themselfe until dead, and the surviving one will come down and fight you after the other ones have been killed

suggestion: the DJA input is a bit too much of a hassle for such a feature which should be more intuitive - not to mention it interferes with many characters moves such as rudolfs transform, henrys multi shot, julians mirror image ...

ive suggested a JA input and send silva a sample edit - however the ai fix for that seems to make it slower with changing levels, and on top of that i know that quite a few ppl have difficulties pressing these two buttons simultanously

so- nave, as you are most active on this - maybe you could try to implement the checking sequence right into the normal crouching right before a basic jump? should be much more intuitive

edit: added the data for the JA sample - gotta ask silva for the AI fix in case he figures it out completely

duh, I don't get it
you just replaced the start_jumping frame with the first getting up frame, so the character can't jump, and then you just put a hit_j-tag into the standing/walking frames which lead to another jump_starting frame, but I can't find a hit_a: tag somewhere, so how does the char keep going to frame 210 when both attack and jump is pressed?
wouldn't it be much easier to add an hit_a-tag into the first crouching frame?

duh! that is confusing!

JA is a unique feature - http://www.lf-empire.de/forum/showthread.php?tid=804 - you cannot have just anything the way this one works unless silva evolves within seconds once again doing this for us

and i would prefer not having to remember different inputs for simply either going up or down as i doubt we will have more than two layers - thus only needing one 'switch' command

Ah... I just thought about that before reading your post
same like pressing AJ in the running frames makes your character go directly into the dash attacks frame with the dvx/y/z from the char header...
that's pretty usefull
