wow, you've gotten really good!
that new one looks a tad strange, because of:
he is facing us instead of >that>way>
his pants are a bit short, and the cape is kinda wrong perspective, meaning get rid of the right side of the cape.
@ the sprite before,pretty damn awesome, just need to add some detail to his pants, and maybe a bit of a beard?

Well, the sprite before was really really good( although I don't like GTA).
This one is interesting, but as Alectric said, pants are a bit short.
Furthermore, the border between pants and Jacket looks strange. The jacket should be wider than the pants( if you don't want it to be in the pants). I think the face is a bit too thin, but I am not sure. However, it looks very interesting and cape looks good, too.

well i dont too be honest im alot better just i have bug with the upload. (everytime i upload something to lfe it comes blury and no the way i sprited it.
btw im also doing sprites from a little screch
