Yeah, just make it that when he just gets hit he will restore health or get stronger.
Also make a move like he chews on some one, or bits.

Also I need to finish other frames like jumping, falling etc.

New move: Chasing the enemy

I didn't add itr (hitting) because I want to add it when I'm done with other attacks (to compare them, etc.)
Some new moves:
1st: Die (when 0hp)
2nd: Invisibility (good to evade enemies with it).

It looks funny that he's falling to ground, and then disappearing up in the air again.

Falling should be just disappearing (like the current dying), i don't think you need this falling on the ground thing :)
For dying it could be a small explosion or sth.
Is invisibility a straight-forward teleport or sth else (because the GIF shows it that way :P) If it is, can you move on the z-axis as well?

Very cool character! You can also make a move where it transforms into Julian's soul bomb for a while and than transform back.

You can make it spawn a few other skulls, make them crash together, create an explosion, make the spawned skulls disappear, make the original skull invisible, make the original skull opoint a soul bomb, then make the original skull visible again.
(OK, that was a bit long)

How about the skull spawns one skull and attacks the enemy and stuns him then the Skull makes lots of skulls charging at the enemy and makes one huge pile of them and blows up.
I didn't do well with description.
