how i can in attack -mp (not -hp) opponent

That's basically without a whole mod nog possible
but maybe
you give him a itr:k:8 ball that sticks with him and has a mp: 40 (or whatever but don't use - it will give the enemy mp)

Ehm...he means that the enemy loses mp when attacked, not gains mp.
You have to make special frames in each character where he loses a specific amount of mp.
Then make a catch_run thing in your attack where the catchingact: will lead to those frames.
So when you attack, the move will catch the enemy and bring him to the frames where he loses mana.

i just said that if he want's the enemy to loose mp he shouldn't add a - in front of the number ex. -40
