you kinda have the same prob as my brother... he has acnes too. even more than me.
but still i guess they will dissapear sometime later. just remember dont try to pop them or mess with them cuz they might leave permenant marks on the face..

I had pretty much acne too between my 14th and 16th.
I tried many medicines, most were very agressive towards the skin. These only made it all worse.
This is me (PS I'm 19 now, so no acné x] ):
