It's a problem. I'd have to change frames on_hand. Every char has another wpoint, so the scrolls would automatically start then. -_-
Well if anyone wants to use it quick & easy, all char edit would be needed. They could activate the scrolls by pressing, I don't know, D+J or D+A.
Hey I just got a new idea!
What about turning into stone?

Turning into stone= ball which catches a char and make him invisible (or just moves him down the screen). Then this stone "monument' appears and disappears after 30 seconds.
So, I made wind, fire and ice scroll, but there's still no "earth"... What's your opinion?

That. Too heavy to be picked up (seeing that it's much larger than the original rock), yet possible to destroy by force. If you could manage to spawn many of those scrolls, it'd be pretty useful to build up a wall :P

Another idea for a simple, but yet effective earth-scroll could be an earthquake.
That is, when used, it summons a field which knocks down all people in it every 3 seconds or so, with the effect lasting 9 sec or the like. It's SFX would be like shaking ground, small stones flying around, fissures etc.

what type is it? i would download it but... i'm not at home. i remember that the knife is relatively easy to throw(i made it similar to the scrolls, it transforms(i should have used opoint but meh...) into a wheel thing). it was for my mod... it replaced the knife but it should work with any id.

now, try to throw a baseball bat, it's not that easy (sometimes you have to run and then press >A very fast).

@moer: on the weapon can't you check player's action? like check for state 3 on player and add dvx

or edit frames 33, 23 and 24 (which are used for most of the attacks) with dvx, then edit the other frames to avoid those frames on their 'next' tag

Why? I could also change its type to "throwable" weapon. And by char edit I meant adding a special frames to each characters, where the scroll is activated without throwing it.
