ctt number 3 - different concept to prevent failing

well, thanks to my and other people's lazyness (especially my m(_ _)m ), the two first ctt's failed.

so this time there is a totally different concept:
do your own template mod!

basically that means you can do any dc as long as the char doesnt get op. (the other participants will rate them)

rules:

• no op chars
  
• no hex, only dc
  
• nothing id-related
  
• no drinking
  

current participants:

Okay, back to topic. As Ramond said, fewer participants will be likely. Also, overpoweredness: so basically, each participant shall rate the others' characters before the tournament starts? Well, if I had to, I'd probably invest less than 2 minutes on each character. Likely that I will not find out if the character has certain death-combos or hidden inputs for hell-moves.

Now, I would like to see how far you can bring it this time.
