Great work, although he looks like he's leaning backwards. The chest hair looks flat, it doesn't have it's separate shading from the skin.

I don't see how you even got the comparison between that and Son Goku... they don't look at all the same!?

Maybe some eye checking would do some good, but on topic - I like the sprite. I like the pose and the design.
