This is a really lovely sprite, here and there are a few things you could work on but this is just detail-sucking :P
Anyways, just for the sake of it, here you go with the detail-"list":
# the upper body is comparable large compared to the legs
# the hair at the back of the head looks a little.... unusual.... I'd like to say "unreal" but that'd be wrong

I'm not really sure what else can be improved, the upper body is a little.... "distracting" from the rest. Because it is so big, it messes up the proportions and makes it hard to judge.

Well, this is my amount of criticism, it's not terribly much, I know but it's already good enough to split you from the bad spriters. I'm quite sure that you'll improve quite fast with the right amount of training!

hm.. yeah i know.. the upper body lets him look more like an grown up version.. than an little fighter right?
i will try to fix that .. when i have enough time.. and then i will start with davis.
thats what it is for... the whole idea behind this.. sprite is training purpose.. nothing more ^^

I don't know why I don't like it. I really don't know.

IMO his face looks fat (too much shade on his right cheek) and his shoulders are... wait, not his shoulders, but his neck is high.

his shoulders are still a little slanty, but other than that, Great!
i like how you did the hair, its close to the original one, and looks just as good!
