After more than a year of neglect due to school work and some sh!tty things called money, I've finally reach a conclusion that there's no way in hell I could find time to deal with the sprites so here's the unfinished version:

All of the data is done. If anyone can help completing the sprites then I would be very grateful. I'd credit you if you could lend me a hand.

EDIT: Note: the Soul Unision move require Toridas (another char of mine) to work. I'll try to fix as many bugs as possible and release him too.

The design is pretty much copy-pasta, but since this didn't have a face-picture, I took 10 minutes and made it, because the data here is quite well done and enjoyable for gameplay.

I've been meaning to give feedback for a long time, but haven't got round to test some characters out as of late.

Needless to say, the overall experience would have been considerably better had the sprites are finished. The ones that have been done are not shabby looking at all despite being a 50% cut and paste character.

The opoint in running comes across as unnecessary and excessive. Otherwise, I quite like the flashiness of some of the moves. Yeah, some. Because the not so flashy ones look banal in comparison, like Super Speed and Shuriken Throw.
The animation of lightning charge looks a bit static to these eyes, while the Clone Summon / Command combo, while being a nice idea and involves neat DC-ing is just too impractical to use due to massive mp drainage (and hard to use as well as the commands are not the most straight forward).

I don't have Toridas, so I can't comment on DJA
