Can you be more specific please? It works fine on my lf2, idk why you have all these problems.

Theres a gif somewhere in this thread that contains his dragon punch, and his D>A got replaced with the Julian ball. Other than that, he's the same as Davis.

I would like to say one thing, this char is too over powered

Try making it equipowered with Lf2 chars.
