Main updates I can remember adding the past months are:
* Criminal type 5 info.
* State 7 on a Ball info.
* wpoint + effect 4 forced injury frame.
* arest & vrest properties - notably Nyamaiku's randomness by arest, YinYin's sweet spot on Clide, and arest+vrest double-hit.
* Quick mention of how id200 & 211 seem to have hardcoded abilities to affect AI.
* Quick mention by Nyamaiku that all moves actions actually startup 1tu faster than the data would indicate.
