anyways, quite good for your first attempt to sprite a girl, Reaper. There are some things to fix, though:
- her waist is a little comparably thin to the rest of the body
- her left arm is a little thicker than her right one
- the shoulders look quite boy-ish, they should be a little thinner
- there's no hair at her neck
- there are no highlights on the clothes
That's all I see at the moment. Just practice a little, you'll get better soon

hey, do you know whats missing? Sprites with a hair like this:

not perfect yet, but I have to go off now. Was somehow much harder than the last one...
Anyway: This is a sprite I could imagine as a char. probably with a stuff and cool spells. Something like a priest etc.

ok dude here is a little tip
try making girl eyes
and make a smooth hair not those points.

if you fix that, it will be fine!
oh and her hands look a bit like pincers/claws

ok, one last standing sprites. After that i will maybe try a gif... Or work a bit on my reaper char again. He's nearly finished, but I can't motivate myself.

I'm not sure, but I think the eyes are a bit better now. The hair... I don't really get what you are exactly talking about Xlittlebob.
A bit weird with the dark colour( contrast etc.), but at least I stopped making those outlines( would look very crazy with more than one sprite).
The arms are also a bit weird, I will try to improve that.

hey your getting the hang of it but 2 problems:
1.you cant really see the thing making the horse tail.
2.and its not really looked shaded.

(though it is a little hard to see, her arms are a little too thin)
also, make the highlights brighter
