Maybe for one of your characters you can install a Black Hole?
Just use Freeze's whirlwind suck combined with itr/kind 3 to frame 1000

An itr:3-frame:1000 is (like you know, i guess) would be a overkill...
And i think, Hell Moves can be overkills under strogn restrictions.
I will list the "super moves" (nah, they are not that much strong, but still powerful) of the chars of my mod:
Onimaru - D^A DJA D>A He will row/dash over a large distance (maybe 3/4 screen) and deal about 200 damage to everthing on his route and beneath
And it not even takes 100% mp. But often the enemys simple punch you before you were able to make the attack XD So it's strong, but not OP for PvP
Amaya - Charging up for about... uhm... 20 seconds, then all enemys on field will be damaged for 450... takes 100% mp of cause.
Pretty deadly move (but still not instantkill, besides Stage opponents, of cause), but gets soooooo often interrupted...
Rim - Special move with using all mp during grabbing an opponent... Deals about 800 dmg so (besides bosses) deadly. But you need to catch an opponent during having full mp... And if you only try to punc-catch them without using other moves they can easyly kill you...
The more powerful the move, the more difficult to handle it should be ^^
Things like this Black Hole should at least use full mana, 5 key combos and at least 10-15 sec charge... Exspecially if it will suck everything on the field towards it... (that is a nice effect, btw... only an itr:1 with fall:-1 and a dvx ^^)
But the entire Hell Move idea is always great ^^ Keep working on it... as long, as you not make the game to a cheap "How can type combos faster"-game

Actually, maybe you could mention my name just for that move in the credits? , or if you don't want to give credits can you please try not to use black hole if you can?
I'm not trying to take back an idea that I just gave out, but in fact...
The only reason I'm asking this is solely because I'm already doing it with one of my chars and I want everything in my mod to be my own original ideas. That way in case I release my mod after you do (and I know I will because I'm not releasing any Betas whatsoever) people won't be flaming me and saying that I've copied Angry Alec in his mod.
Anyways, I've another suggestion:

There's actually another idea that I'm not planning to use . Make Firen create a line of copies that goes down the entire screen and make each copy summon one Firen "Overwhelming Disaster" ball (and cut out the ice ball). Make it hit the ground with explosion (and lower the injury for explosion) but keep the rest of effects the same. This way it's not overpowered. But then again this would require a LOT of Advanced DC work.

Actually, it's not cheap if you have a bigger key combination. Also, the range of the "sucking" can be limited, not full screen like in R-LF2 Monk's "Nazi Hell Move" .
I'll give example:
Key Combo= D>A, D^A, DvA, D>J, D^J, DvJ, DJA
And while inputting code, leave the body tags on so that the character can be hit .
Also keep in mind that the hell moves should take up all mana, so F7 needs to be pressed first (which would turn the game cheap obviously)

With some trainign everybody can type combos fast... Then the attack will get OP... Therefore you need more restrictions, like cast time or hp loss... OR, like you said, not whole screen ^^

No one would train themselves in typing a combo just to unleash one move . After all, it would require full mana. And besides, everyone knows that quick games are boring, so who would do that anyways?

ok then...i wont use the blackhole...
its better IMO to not tell people the secret moves key inputs, because its fun finding them out
OR you could put them in the credits when you finish stage mode on difficult or crazy
then, only cheap bastards will know and hackers
im probably not gonna release a mod anyway... i am sorta working on one, but ive got a lot to do before i even think of releasing it. i wish i had a team...
for the firen move, its appealing except a little modification:
firen makes a firzen overwhemling disaster that only makes fire balls, but is still a ratio attack (maybe) and they come down and explode. im not really a fan of 'copy' moves where the char makes heaps of copies of themselves.

a side thought. i mini hell move or something. freeze brings in a cyclone that last a long period of time. in that period, people will freeze but nothing else. this allows freeze + teammates to do more offense. i was once testing out something with freezes whirlwind and i somehow came up with this.
i made it that in the whirlwind, although the enemies character who was in the whirlwind got frozen, he didnt go flying. no damage was done and it wasnt not defendable.

Hey Alec, just a few questions:
Are you going to make these just hell moves, or are you going to make some charged moves as well?
Also, do you sprite the moves yourself?

yes, and yes, i will make both, in one mod
i'll do my best to anyways
i have a few power-up/charge moves in my mod already.
firen:
press j for almost any attack, and he does the moves heaps faster, but takes all you mana
eg. doing fire run, press j, go super fast, but lasts only a short time, takes a lot of mana
or fire breath, press j, shoots heaps of flames, in one direction, faster and further
freeze:
press DJA before any move, and all his moves are super powered up.
eg. DJA, D>J, instead of normal 3 icicles, it makes more iciles which go a bit further.
or DJA, D^J, freezes torado is really tall (actually, 3 onto of one another) but its really cool, cause the enemy flys up through all 3 doind lots of damage, and then the fall from a great height to the ground.
woody:
DVA, press j, and he creates his own whirld wind which doe more damage to anyone who is caught in it.
there is a few more for all of them, but i just wanted to post a few.
these arent hell moves, these are just power-up moves
and they are complete.
i've only done one hell move (i think), freezes
oh and firens, which i will change. (ripped of fear's fireball comet move, by In_the End)
im going to do deeps now. this should be fun...
