the breaking in the animation is done with the new state 60 (similar to 13)

with an edited stone and a change to your columns frame 7 you can have something similar without a new exe

only problem here is that pic/frame 0 shows up for a short time as the stone gets hit

Just a suggestion, when Rocky performs D^A, You could make the person go higher, so when they perform other moves for example D>J rock hand thing, it hit's them while the character is falling.
Just a suggestion as I love characters who can perform combo's in people while there falling.
E.g Davis.

Also I dunno if it's just me, but when I perform DvJ nothing appears but he's shielded, which looks kinda weird. So I suggest something like rocks coming up from the ground and covering him.

EDIT:
Also I suggest that the run attack should be made so it continues, instead of the character stopping then doing it.
Also YinYin idea's is great as well, and it's pretty amazing he posted in this topic, as he only post's in interesting ones.

Wow.

The sprites are nice (nice? Above LFE-average) and the DCing is pretty solid and well-done. I'm impressed.

YinYin has already posted a link to my thread and video: it displays two techniques which can be beneficial to your character; breaking a rock and creating a custom broken_weapon.
I can help you with forementioned techniques. They are simple to produce, but it's nice to have someone to help you who already knows how to create them, right?

Either way, I'm looking forward to the finished version of Rocky.
It's fast, pretty and well put together; I have great expectations of you.

VERSION 0.02

Hey guys I've finished most of the art and only need to do the DC stuff.
Here is a small list of changes to art and dc since the last one.

-new run attack frames plus motion lines
-updated rock riser look.
-added whites to the glowy attacks
-updated mallet summoning look
-wrath now usable in the air
-new earth shield
-changed mp costs and damages for most attacks
-added more combos-new face pic
-and other stuff I can't remember

the column attack it not working right. I have to fix that or something. right now people can walk through them. before they wouldnt break on a certain side or from team attacks so that was annoying.
