Most CPUs and Mobos come in 64-bit architecture nowadays, you can't change it. x86 (32bit) PCs cannot handle more than 4GB of RAM, so I strongly recommend atleast 4GB of RAM.

To my knowledge 32-bit systems are not a problem because they are 32-bit. Like Ariyan said a lot of games are simply a 32-bit executable anyway and it really does not matter that much. That said I would still recommend getting a 64-bit CPU and operating system because any good modern CPU is going to be 64-bit anyway.
I'd also like to clarify something else: x64 is BAD! it is a contraction of x86_64, which is what people should use as it is still based on x86 architecture. Here is a list for the confused:
Age ratings for movies and games (and similar) have never been a good idea.
One can learn a lot from reinventing wheels. An unsound argument is not the same as an invalid one. volatile in C++ does not mean thread-safe. Do not make APIs unnecessarily asynchronous. Make C++ operator > again Trump is an idiot. Thanks given by: Electric2Shock , A-Man , Ariyan , MH-LABEEB , Deep
