Good job, but please:
IN GAME do as the move needs a specific keys combining to succeed COMPLETELY.
For example: D>AJAJA

The special moves which only need a simple DVA and then you see the character doing twenty two hits are for lazy players and very boring to play with. (yeah I don't like Nino ... tought you did a really great job neocrypt)

Great to see original characters in the making.
Thought his right arm in the breathing sprites looks a bit wierd, but it's not that of a big deal it will look smooth both ways.

Nice progress indeed. I love melee based moves, so if you're giving him plenty, I'll be sure to play him ^^
Be sure to get rid of the dirty pixels in the 2nd sprite of the 2nd row, and the 5th and 6th of the 2nd row.

Funny you're saying this. You're probably talking about the last move I made (DJA+DJA / DJA+J+J). I'm completely with you about the easy input. Actually, it is a great move for noobs to use all the time x] Will definately consider changing the inputs for Goku's meteor combination (very similar move). So thanks
