OMG STM BRINGS BACK THE RETRO-STYLED CHARS!
avi: 5/2π. The lines could be a little smoother and I see some brighter pixels around the neck. Background could be a bit brighter to make it easier to distinguish it from the hair. Maybe even a different color? sig: 2π/3e. Nice and sleek. I suggest ditching MS Paint and moving onto a different program, simply for the sake of easing up the work process. My memories are a little dusty but you might want to give gimp or artweaver a try. Having layers at hand is always a plus .gif ";)")
