Never gave that much thought as Justin and Julian are barefoot too, yet use normal running sounds. Maybe I can cook up some better fitting sounds though.

That's why I came up with the head bracelet in the first place. It separates hair and skin in most areas, the tiny spot above the ear ain't important and the edge at the front is hinted at due to how far the bracelet goes.

Don't know about eyeliner, it's not like she is a human since her ears shouts something else, maybe males of her kind finds her attractive the way Yin showed us. Feets are okey, some chars also have same feet facing as she have.
See that big woman stading infront of Jonah Hex? SHe is kind a ugly as Yin's Ryce but it's different than any else character and it's unique, thats good to make less monotonic appearences.
I like the way Yin did.
